5. Loss Limits

You can set a loss limit for a day, a week or a month in the Loss Limit tab. Once your net losses in that period reach the limit, new bets are blocked until the period ends. While you are over the limit, it cannot be raised or removed.

6. Cool-Off Periods

If you want a short break, you can start a cool-off period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days in the Self Exclusion tab. During a cool-off you cannot place bets, make deposits or claim bonuses.

7. Self-Exclusion

If gambling is becoming hard to control, we strongly recommend self-exclusion. It restricts your account for 90 days or permanently. During an active self-exclusion:

• betting, deposits and bonuses are blocked;
• the exclusion cannot be shortened or reversed before it ends.

Permanent self-exclusion is for players who no longer wish to gamble and should be considered carefully. HassikBet may also restrict or suspend accounts where there are reasonable grounds to believe continued gambling may be harmful.

8. Account Closure

After a self-exclusion of at least 90 days has ended, you can ask Customer Support to close your account permanently. Closure requests made before the exclusion ends are not processed.

9. Underage Gambling

Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. You must be at least 18, or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if higher, to register and play. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be suspended or closed.

You may not sell or transfer your Account to a third party, acquire an Account from a third party, or transfer funds between Accounts. We may terminate your Account immediately on written notice if you use the Service for unauthorised purposes. Card counting in blackjack is prohibited and may lead to suspension of the Account.

5. Registration

1. We may refuse any registration at our sole discretion without giving a reason.
2. Before using the Service you must personally complete the registration form and accept these Terms. To bet or withdraw, we may require you to become a verified Customer, which can include providing valid photo identification (passport, driving licence or national ID card) and a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. We may suspend wagering or restrict your Account until we receive the information we need. This procedure follows applicable gaming and anti-money-laundering requirements.
3. You must provide accurate contact details, including a valid email address (the "Registered Email Address"), and keep them up to date. We identify and communicate with Customers through their Registered Email Address, and you are responsible for keeping it secure.
4. You may register only one Account. Duplicate Accounts, including Accounts operated through relatives, associates or other third parties on your behalf, will be closed and any remaining funds withheld.

6. You must keep your password confidential. If the correct Account details are supplied, we are entitled to assume that bets, deposits and withdrawals were made by you. Tell us immediately if you believe your Account or Registered Email Address has been compromised; you remain responsible for all activity on your Account until we have been notified.
7. We are under no obligation to open an Account for you, and our sign-up page is an invitation to treat only.

6. Your Account

1. Balances and transactions are shown in the currency you selected. We do not give credit for the use of the Service.
2. We may close or suspend an Account if we reasonably believe you are not complying with these Terms, to protect the integrity or fairness of the Service, or for other reasonable grounds. If an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, we may void bets and withhold funds.
3. We may refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any wager at any time, including bets we believe were placed to get around our betting limits or system rules.
4. Any amount credited to your Account by mistake remains our property and will be removed once the mistake is identified.
5. Betting is for entertainment and you should stop as soon as it stops being fun. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. If you feel you may have lost control of your gambling, you can take a cool-off period or self-exclude from the Responsible Gambling page at any time.
6. By starting a self-exclusion you agree not to open another Account, deposit or attempt to deposit, or place wagers during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before it ends.
7. Permanent closure of an Account can be requested through Customer Support once a self-exclusion of at least 90 days has ended.
8. You may not transfer, sell or pledge your Account or any asset connected with it, including winnings, deposits, bets or claims, to another person.

7. Deposits

1. All deposits must be made from an account, payment system or card registered in your own name. Deposits in other currencies are converted at the prevailing rate of our payment processor. Some payment systems charge their own exchange fees.
2. Any fees that apply to deposits and withdrawals are shown in the cashier. You are responsible for your own bank charges.
3. HassikBet is not a financial institution. Card deposits are processed by third-party payment processors and are only credited once the issuing institution authorises them.
4. You agree not to charge back, cancel or otherwise reverse any deposit. Chargebacks may lead to immediate Account closure and forfeiture of winnings made with the charged-back funds. Your Account is not a bank account, is not covered by any deposit insurance scheme and does not earn interest.
5. Funds originating from criminal, illegal or unauthorised activity must not be deposited.
6. Online gambling may be illegal where you are located. If so, you are not authorised to use your payment card on this Website.
7. Deposits sent with an unsupported cryptocurrency or on an unsupported network may be permanently lost. Always check the coin and network shown in the cashier before sending.

8. Withdrawals

1. You may withdraw cleared funds by submitting a withdrawal request in the cashier. The minimum withdrawal is $20 (or the equivalent in another currency), except when an Account is closed.
2. Deposits must be wagered at least once before they can be withdrawn.
3. We may request photo identification, proof of address or other verification (for example a selfie or a verification call) before processing any withdrawal.
4. Withdrawals are made to the method used for the original deposit. We may, at our discretion and subject to additional checks, allow another method.

9. Promotions and Bonuses

1. Abuse of promotions, including using the same code on several Accounts or acting in bad faith to manipulate a promotion, will result in forfeiture of all related funds, winnings and bonuses.
2. Each promotion may have its own terms, including wagering requirements and maximum withdrawals, which are shown with the offer.
3. Welcome offers are limited to a Customer's first Account.
4. Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion or exploiting system errors will result in forfeiture of all funds and winnings generated from the promotions or deposits involved, whether or not they have already been withdrawn.

10. Errors

If our systems or processes malfunction, affected bets are void. You must tell us as soon as you become aware of any error in the Service. If a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly incorrect or materially different from the general market at the time, we may void it. We may recover any amount overpaid and adjust your Account to correct a mistake.

11. Rules of Play, Refunds and Cancellations

1. The winner of an event is determined on the date the event is settled. Protested or overturned decisions are not recognised for betting purposes.
2. Results are final 72 hours after they are posted. Within that period we only correct results affected by human or system error.
3. If a result cannot be validated, we may declare bets on the event void and refund them.
4. Minimum and maximum stakes are set by us and may change without notice. We may also adjust limits on individual Accounts.
5. Customers are responsible for their own transactions. Completed transactions cannot be changed. Please review your transaction history after each session.

12. Communications and Notices

Notices from you to us should be sent through Customer Support. Notices from us to you are posted on the Website and/or sent to your Registered Email Address. All communications must be in English. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by contacting Customer Support.

13. Matters Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labour disputes, power cuts, acts of government, or failures of telecommunication services or third parties. In such cases we may suspend or cancel the Service without liability.

14. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage you suffer if we fail to carry out our obligations under these Terms where that failure is caused by your own fault, by a third party unconnected with our performance (for example network problems or the performance of your equipment), or by events that neither we nor our suppliers could have foreseen or prevented. The Service is for consumer use only and we are not liable for business losses. Where we are held liable, our total liability is limited to the value of the bets placed through your Account on the product that gave rise to the liability, or EUR 500 in aggregate, whichever is lower.

15. Underage Gambling

If we suspect or are notified that you are, or were, under 18 (or below the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) when placing bets, your Account will be locked while we investigate. If this is confirmed, winnings will be withheld and we may recover any winnings already paid.

16. Fraud

We will pursue criminal and contractual sanctions against any Customer involved in fraud, dishonesty or criminal acts, and will withhold payment where these are suspected. Where an investigation shows that a Customer misused the system or manipulated games to gain an unfair advantage, the Account will be closed and its funds confiscated.

17. Intellectual Property

We are the sole owner of the rights in the Service, our technology, software, business systems and odds. You may not use our name, logo, URL, trademarks or odds in connection with any product or service that is not ours, or in any way likely to cause confusion. You may not use automated tools to monitor or copy any part of the Service.

18. Your Licence

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence ends when our agreement with you ends.

19. Your Conduct and Safety

Verification usually takes up to 7 business days. Submitting falsified documents leads to permanent Account closure. Transactions are monitored as described in our AML Policy.

21. Complaints

If you have a concern about these Terms or how a bet was settled, contact Customer Support using your Registered Email Address. We aim to respond within a few days and in any event within 28 days. Bonus Terms

These Bonus Terms apply to every bonus credited to an Account at HassikBet, including the welcome bonus and the reload bonus. They form part of our Terms and Conditions. Where these Bonus Terms and the terms of a specific promotion differ, the terms of the specific promotion prevail for that promotion. By accepting or using a bonus you agree to these Bonus Terms.

1. Definitions

• Cash balance: money in your Account that is not bonus money. Only the cash balance can be withdrawn.
• Bonus balance: the remaining funds of your active bonus. Bonus funds can be staked on our games but cannot be withdrawn until they are converted to cash under section 5.
• Playable balance: your cash balance plus your bonus balance. This is the balance shown in the header.
• Wagering requirement: the total amount you must stake, counted at the contribution rates in section 6, before a bonus converts to cash.
• Active bonus: the bonus that currently holds a bonus balance. You can have only one active bonus at a time.

2. Eligibility

1. Bonuses are available only to registered Customers who are 18 or older (or the higher legal age in their country), who reside in a country where we accept customers, and whose Account is in good standing.
2. The welcome bonus is limited to one per person, household, address, shared computer, IP address, payment method and email address. Opening several Accounts to obtain more than one welcome bonus is prohibited (section 11).
3. Customers with an active cool-off or self-exclusion cannot claim bonuses. A bonus does not change any deposit or loss limit you have set.
4. We may require identity verification (KYC) before a bonus is credited, before it converts to cash, or before any withdrawal.

3. Our Bonuses

1. Welcome bonus. When you open an Account we credit a welcome bonus of $1,000.00 to your bonus balance.
2. Reload bonus. When your playable balance falls below $100.00, you can claim a reload bonus from the wallet that brings your playable balance back up to $1,000.00. It can be claimed at most once every 1 hour.
3. Each bonus is a separate grant with its own wagering requirement and validity period, and is listed in your transaction history.
4. One active bonus at a time. If you claim a reload bonus while another bonus is still active, the new bonus is queued. It becomes active, and its validity period starts, when the current bonus is completed, played out, expires or is forfeited.

4. How Bonus Funds Are Used

1. Cash first. Every stake is taken from your cash balance first. Only the part of a stake that your cash balance cannot cover is taken from your bonus balance.
2. Winnings follow the stake that produced them. If a stake was funded partly by bonus money, the same share of its winnings is credited to your bonus balance and the rest to your cash balance. This also applies to rounds that span several actions, such as Mines, Blackjack, Crash, Chicken Cross and Hi-Lo.
3. If a bonus ends (expires or is forfeited) while a round funded by it is still open, the bonus-funded share of that round's winnings is void. If the bonus was completed in the meantime, that share is credited as cash.
4. When your bonus balance reaches zero and no open round still holds bonus money, the bonus is played out and closed; its wagering requirement no longer applies.

5. Wagering Requirement

1. Every bonus carries a wagering requirement of 35 times the bonus amount. For example, a $100 bonus must be wagered $3,500.00 at a 100% contribution rate.
2. While a bonus is active, every settled stake counts towards its wagering requirement at the contribution rate of the game, whether the stake was funded by cash or by bonus money. Stakes count when the round is settled. Voided, cancelled or refunded stakes do not count.
3. When the wagering requirement is met, the remaining bonus balance is converted to cash immediately and becomes withdrawable. The conversion is recorded in your transaction history and we notify you by email.
4. Your progress is shown in the wallet at all times.

6. Game Contributions

Games contribute to the wagering requirement at different rates, reflecting their return to player:

A stake of $10 on a game with a 20% contribution rate counts as $2 towards the wagering requirement. Games not listed above contribute 0%. We may change contribution rates for future stakes by updating these Bonus Terms.

7. Maximum Bet

1. While a bonus is active, a single stake may not exceed $5.00, whether it is funded by cash or by bonus money. Stakes above this amount are refused.
2. In multi-step games each additional stake (for example a Blackjack double) is a separate stake for this rule.
3. The maximum bet no longer applies once you have no active bonus.

8. Validity and Expiry

1. A bonus is valid for 30 days from the moment it becomes active. The expiry date is shown in the wallet.
2. If the wagering requirement has not been met by then, the bonus expires: the remaining bonus balance is removed and the bonus is closed. Your cash balance is not affected. We notify you by email.

9. Withdrawals and Forfeiture

1. Only your cash balance can be withdrawn. The wallet shows your withdrawable amount.
2. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active or queued forfeits that bonus. Before the request is sent, the wallet asks you to confirm this. On forfeiture the remaining bonus balance, and any winnings still owed to it, are removed.
3. You may forfeit a bonus at any time from the wallet. A forfeited bonus cannot be restored.

10. Bonus Abuse

The following are considered bonus abuse:

• opening or using more than one Account, or acting together with other Customers, to claim bonuses more than once;
• using a household, device, IP address or payment method that has already received a welcome bonus to claim another;
• placing equal, opposing or offsetting bets (for example covering several outcomes of the same event or round) to meet a wagering requirement with little risk;
• systematically using betting patterns, software or automated tools to exploit a bonus, or exploiting any error in a game, price or promotion;
• breaking the maximum bet rule by any means.

Where we reasonably suspect bonus abuse we may, at our discretion, forfeit the bonus and any winnings generated from it, void the bets concerned, exclude the Account from future promotions, and suspend or close the Account under our Terms and Conditions. Where funds generated by abuse have already been withdrawn, we may recover them.

11. One Bonus per Household

The welcome bonus is limited to one Account per person, family, household, address, email address, telephone number, payment method and shared device or network (for example in a school, library or workplace). If we find more than one Account linked in this way, only the first Account keeps the welcome bonus; bonuses on the other Accounts are forfeited.

12. Our Rights

1. We may amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion, or these Bonus Terms, at any time. Changes do not affect bonuses already credited unless the change is required by law or a regulator, or is needed to stop abuse or correct an obvious error.
2. We may refuse a bonus to any Customer without giving reasons, and we may cancel a bonus credited in error.
3. In the event of a dispute about a bonus, our decision is based on our records of the Account, the bonus and the rounds concerned. You can challenge any decision through our Complaints Policy.
4. Nothing in these Bonus Terms limits your statutory rights.

13. Responsible Gambling

Bonuses are meant to add to your entertainment, not to encourage you to play more than you intended. Never chase losses to meet a wagering requirement; you can forfeit a bonus at any time.
